Welcome to Lush Esthetics. By accessing or booking services through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

  • Lush Esthetics provides permanent makeup (PMU) services including microblading, lip blush, eyeliner, and other cosmetic tattooing.

  • All services are performed by a licensed permanent cosmetic tattooer in the state of Virginia.

  • Results vary based on individual skin type, aftercare, and healing process.

2. Booking & Appointments

  • All clients must be 18 years or older.

  • Appointments must be booked through our website or approved methods.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment.

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited deposits.

3. Payment

  • All Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the total cost of service.

  • Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Cash payment is preferred, a 3% fee is applied to all Digital / Card payments

  • Prices are subject to change; clients are responsible for confirming rates prior to booking.

4. Consent & Medical Disclosure

  • All clients must complete a consent form prior to service.

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or skin sensitivities that may affect the procedure.

  • Clients understand that PMU is a tattoo procedure and may have risks such as allergic reactions, infection, or uneven results.

5. Aftercare

  • Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions provided by Lush Esthetics DC

  • Failure to follow proper aftercare may affect results, and Lush Esthetics is not responsible for complications arising from negligence.

6. Photography & Marketing

  • By booking a service, you consent to the use of photos of your treated areas for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

7. Refunds & Touch-Ups

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Touch-up sessions may be scheduled according to your treatment plan; fees apply if not included in the service package.

  • Refunds are not provided for completed services.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Lush Esthetics is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from services provided, including allergic reactions or dissatisfaction with results.

  • Clients agree to assume all risks associated with PMU procedures.

9. Website Use

  • You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only.

  • Booking through the website indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

10. Changes to Terms

  • Lush Esthetics may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
